It’s a delicate balance. That’s where our Near-Infrared (NIR) lamps come in. Because standard glass would warp or get cloudy the second things get hot. But there’s a catch. It stops the tungsten filament from evaporating and sticking to the walls, which means your light stays bright and consistent for thousands of hours. We also kept the connections simple. We use R7s or Sk15 connectors because they just fit. Your techs can swap a lamp out during a maintenance break without having to rewire the entire rack. It’s a quick plug-and-play deal. A few things to watch out for The best part? These tubes hit peak heat almost instantly. No more sitting around waiting for a long warm-up cycle. You flip the switch, and you’re ready to go.
