It just kills your momentum.
Keeping the UVC where it belongs
We’re working with a 253.7nm wavelength. It’s powerful stuff. To keep it contained, we use high-purity fused quartz envelopes, but the real secret is the interlock sensors.
Here’s how it works: if someone opens a housing panel, the power kills instantly. No hesitation. It’s the only way to make sure your team doesn’t end up with skin burns or eye damage.
The guts of the power train
We spend a lot of time obsessing over voltage and wattage pairings. Why? Because if you shove too many watts into a short tube, you get “heat soak.” That basically fries the cathode and kills the lamp.
We balance the electrical load so you get peak intensity without melting your internal wiring. Plus, we use industrial-grade connectors. They stay put, even when the rest of the machine is vibrating like crazy.
The heat struggle
Let’s be honest: high-output UVC creates a lot of heat.
We’ve done our best to keep the thermal footprint small, but you still need to get your cooling fans right. If your airflow gets blocked, the lamp temperature spikes and your UVC output drops. It’s a simple trade-off: if you want more power, you’ve got to move more air.
Easy swaps, less downtime
Nobody wants to rewire an entire cabinet just to upgrade a part. That’s why we made these modular.
You just slide the old unit out, slide the new one in, and wire it up. It’s fast. And that means your machines spend more time running and less time sitting idle during maintenance.
Before any module leaves our shop, we test it for leaks. Every single one. We want to know it’s safe before it ever touches your floor.
